ASRock 880G Extreme3

The 3 at the end of extreme3 stands for USB3 and SATA3, eSATA 3.0 and finally three way CrossfireX.

Conclusion:

This mobo was a solid performaner for most tasks, there were some issues with the ram and IGP in case of overclocking, hopefully a future BIOS update will resolve these problems. The reviewer gave it a 95% 'value for money' rating.

Overclocking:

An Phenom II X6 1090T was OCed @4015.96 MHz stable 251x16, the RAM was hard to overclock, The RAM/IGP issue was so bad that during overclocking session we ended up with double digit scores for 3DMark and Far Cry 2 would not load!. The reviewer also explains the OC Tuner.
