Gigabyte's newly-launched "333" branding, each three in "333" represents a new technology 1. S-ATA 3.0 (6Gbit/s) 2. USB 3.0 (4.8Gbit/s) and 3. 3x USB power (there's no need for an AC adapter anymore). Since there are hardly any USB3 and SATA3 devices on the market, this review doesn't cover them.
Conclusion: The P55A-UD4P includes many features and has a smart design, besides that it has an incredible overclocking potential. SATA3 and USB3 share the PCI-E bus, this will lower the PCI-E slot from 16x to 8x and will thus affect graphics performance if used at the same time. If you are mainly looking for S-ATA 3.0 and/or USB 3.0 Gigabyte's P55A-UD3 is perhaps a better choice since it is a lot cheaper.
Overclocking: For stress-testing techgage uses Lynx that manages to get the CPU about 20°C hotter than other CPU testing applications. The CPU was OCed @4400MHZ, with a 22x multiplier and CPU-Z Core Voltage indicated 1.36v. techgage advises to let (the bundled Gigabyte OC software) EasyTune 6 overclock the CPU using the extreme profile, stress test the system to see if it's stable and continue manually to squeeze out some more.

SATA3 reduces the x16x PCI-E lane to a single x8 PCI-E, most people with a single video card won't even notice it, multi GPU users might loose some bandwidth.
Overclocking: A core i5750 was OCed @4.2GHz with a 200 BCLK x 21 multiplier.
